I am a young artist and trust me people the phrase starving artist is not a joke. Now keep in mind that being a starving artist is hard but when it's just you that you have to think about you can usually find ways to survive, but now I have a loving woman and small baby boy. When I was growing up I was taught that my pride is and word are all that I really have in this world (and now comes that word again) but since my son was born my pride comes last and my son and my word to my son that I will always be here and take care of him comes first. I have searched for work and I have begged for help and just as things started to look darker than midnight I was given a print off with a website on it. I was interested when I read it, with it's talk about helping needing families and giving them a way to survive and a way to not feel like a sub-level human for being helped. So I went to the website and emailed them about my situation. The very next day when I checked my email a name was there, an email from G.L. Gagne. When I opened it, I saw that it was a response to my email to TheCauseOrg website. Not only was it a reply, it was a reply from Ginger Gagne, President of TheCauseOrg. Since that first email, Ginger and her organization has helped my family and myself every step of the way. From food and baby needs to living and transportation needs. I have always felt that respect is earned, and in knowing Ginger and TheCauseOrg as I now do, I must let anyone and everyone know that her and her people will always have my respect and admiration.
